School boiler servicing and maintenance are essential to ensure the long term care of its heating system.
The satisfactory operation of the boiler can be achieved year after year if the correct maintenance services are supplied or carried out.
Chalder Engineering Ltd is well practised in this area and has fully qualified engineers available to carry out your school’s every servicing need. We aim to carry out regular yearly checks during school holidays, thus minimising any disruption to the normal running of the school.
Maintenance and Service Contract
Our school boiler servicing and maintenance contract is designed to cover any eventuality that may occur, giving you complete peace of mind. Our annual check gives your boiler a complete service and test. Upon completion of this (and any repairs that may need to be carried out) it is then certified and date stamped. We will then contact you close to the anniversary of the test to arrange a suitable appointment for the next one.
We can also carry out a starting up service if you so desire. The vast majority of maintenance problems occur because start-up procedures are carried out incorrectly
Emergency Service
Chalder Engineering also provides an excellent emergency service for your school. It is our aim to be on site within four hours of your call every day of the year.
